CHAPTER FIVE: DECISIONS
Returning to the USA with a rich collection of Indian crafts, I choose scholarship over commerce, subsequently moving to London to enroll in the School of Oriental and African Studies in pursuit of a PhD in South Asian Art and Archaeology. Living in Britain while traveling in South Asia for months during each of our seven years there also informs my perceptions
